3 - Exterior Rearview Mirror Turn Signal Bulb

  • Driver Exterior Rearview Mirror Turn Signal Bulb -L131- /Front Passenger Exterior Rearview Mirror Turn Signal Bulb -L132-
  • Removing and installing. Refer to → Chapter "Driver/Front Passenger Exterior Rearview Mirror Turn Signal Bulb -L131-/-L132-, Removing and Installing".

Driver/Front Passenger Exterior Rearview Mirror Turn Signal Bulb -L131-/-L132-, Removing and Installing

Removing

- Remove the exterior rearview mirror housing. Refer to → Body Exterior; Rep. Gr.66; Exterior Rearview Mirror; Mirror Cap, Removing and Installing.

- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

- Remove the turn signal bulb -1- downward from the exterior rearview mirror housing -2-.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

  Note

The entire exterior mirror turn signal must be replaced if an LED is faulty.

- Insert the tip of the turn signal into the slot -arrow- inside the housing -3-. The guide -2- must engage into the mount -1- at the same time.

- Install the turn signal -5- into the housing. Make sure the guide nut fits into the guide -4-.
